These terms and conditions pertain the the Olivia Klein web shop and are governed by the legislation of Finland (EU). By using the Olivia Klein shop you accept these terms and agree to abide by them.
Olivia Klein Oy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without separate or prior notice by publishing the updated terms on this website. Please check these terms for updates each time you are placing an order.
3. Placing an order
It is only possible to place orders for delivery within Finland. Any orders that are attempted to be placed for delivery outside of Finland will be immediately cancelled and reimbursed in full.
To place an order in the Olivia Klein shop, it is required that you provide your personal information truthfully and in full. It is the customer’s responsibility to correct any inaccurate personal information. Olivia Klein Oy is not liable for damages caused by inaccurate personal information, such as the customer not being able to receive their order or receive confirmation emails.
Placing an order in the Olivia Klein shop requires that the order be paid in full via online payment. Clicking on the ‘place order’ button at checkout will redirect you to our payment service provider’s secure payment portal so that you can pay for your order. Once your payment has been processed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with details of your order. We recommend that you save this email for reference.
3.1 Cancelling an order
It is possible to cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. To cancel, please reply to your order confirmation email or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel and reimburse your order in full as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped and you have received a dispatch confirmation email, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
You can pay for your order either via online banking or online card payment (Visa or Mastercard). Please choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
4.1 Payment service provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

5. Shipping and delivery
We will ship your order within two (2) working days of receiving it. We ship all orders as parcel deliveries via the Finnish postal service. We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery: the parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office within one working day (price varies by weight, starting at €5.50 + VAT)
- Home delivery: the parcel will be delivered to your home address at a date and time of your choosing (price varies by weight, starting at €9 + VAT)
Delivery costs vary depending on the final weight of your order. The total cost of delivery is displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Delivery is always free for orders over €60.
All orders have a 14-day right of return, starting from the day you received your order. You do not need to provide a reason for making a return. Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and unused, in its original packaging and entirely fit for sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping costs and ensure products are securely packed for delivery. If you have received an incorrect or faulty product in your order, we will reimburse your order and return shipping costs in full.
6.1 Making a return
To make a return, please send us an email at email@example.com. Please include your order number and a list of the products you wish to return. We will send you an email confirmation within two (2) working days which includes details on how to send the product back to us. Please make sure to tell us if you are returning a faulty or incorrect product.
Once we have received your return, we will reimburse the cost of the products directly to the payment method you used when placing the order. Please note that delivery costs are reimbursed only if your order was incorrect or contained faulty or damaged products.
7. Right to cancel orders
If the product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible. Olivia Klein Oy reserves the right to cancel orders if necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
All information contained on the Olivia Klein website is meant as advice only and is not intended to replace medical or cosmetological consultation in any way. We strive to update and maintain the website in such a way that the information is free from error and up-to-date. Despite this, the website may occasionally contain mistakes, technical errors and outdated information.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All material contained on the Olivia Klein website, including pictures, texts and logos, are the intellectual property of Olivia Klein Oy. The material is protected under copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised use, copying and exploitation of the material for commercial use is prohibited.
