Facial cleansing
Avoid cleansing the skin with nothing but water, as water can make the skin dry out. For a light cleanse and to freshen up the skin it’s best to use a hydrating toner, as this retains the skin’s natural pH and supports the absorption of skin care products.
For everyday cleansing, we recommend our gentle Sensitive Wash cleansing gel. Sensitive Wash contains oat straw extract and organic honey, which help the skin retain moisture, leaving it feeling soft and supple. Sensitive Wash is also suitable for make-up removal, but highly pigmented make-ups may require a double cleanse.
Using a facial cleansing cloth is a great way to improve your cleanse and gently exfoliate dead skin cells off the surface of the skin and stimulate superficial blood circulation. Always use warm water as got water may dry and irritate the skin and avoid rubbing the skin too harshly.

Facial deep cleansing
Regular exfoliation, masks and oil treatments help the skin rejuvenate and maintain an ideal moisture balance. When exfoliating mature skin, make sure to avoid areas that are particularly sensitive or delicate, and focus on thicker areas of the skin, such as the chin and nose. For deep cleansing the entire face, we recommend mask treatments and oil cleansing.

Toners
Toners are an important part of every successful skin care routine. Always spray the skin moist with toner before applying moisturiser; this way, you’ll reduce the amount of moisturiser you need and make your product last much longer.
